Location was good, parking garage within hotel. Had the breakfast delivered to our room once and there was a lot! The pool was great and the pool facilities clean.
Didn't get a new breakfast order form when they cleaned the room.

Excellent location.
The fit out is dated and tired. Bathroom is nice and modern, beds are very comfortable, but the rest is overdue a refurbishment. Reception staff incapable of answering a question about whether the tram next door goes to the airport, or how much a taxi ride is to the airport. They told me to go and ask one of the cabs parked up outside the hotel. This was unhelpful and not good customer service. Hotel seems more geared to a corporate conference hotel (there is large conference facilities) than a tourist hotel; there is no visitor/tourist information in reception other than a map of the city.

The room was comfortable and spacious and the view over the atrium allowed a little one to see the marathon runners. He also enjoyed the little penguin.
The breakfast area was very busy so with a little one it was hard to find what he liked. He did enjoy the play area.

The event I was attending was at that hotel. And this is the only advantage.
Staff. Arrogant. Rude. Illiterate. They are there only to get the salary nothing else. Beds. I still have pain in all my body. Rooms full of dust. Corridors impassable from bottles lates and waste that guest leave there. And it wasnt cleaned for all the time I as there.

The breakfast was quite good, as was the pool. The location is excellent..
The room was advertised with air conditioning and a socket near the bed. The weather was very warm and the air conditioning in the room didn't work as I expected. The room was very warm and sleeping was difficult. There was no socket near the bed. I contacted reception about these issues, but nothing changed.

The location is very good . it is very near to the subway / bus station also to the centrum .
The staff were not very friendly. There is no slippers and bathrobe in the room , if you need it and you have to go to the reception to take it by yourself . they ate not gonna bring to your room .And the bathrobe you need to pay 5 for the cleaning charges .that was a strange policy for a 4 star hotel . Also the shower gel was not fulfilled .And there was one night fire alarm in the 3:30 am in the morning , no staff try to guide the customer what to do . we have to run out of the hotel by ourselves, Everyone was standing outside the hotel and there is nobody to tell what was happening at the end. the next day we ask the receptionist that we come to know there was a fire in the hotel restaurant kitchen and they were even not good attitude for telling . The option for the breakfast were very less , if there are travel groups there , there will be even worse . there was no hot shower in the morning when travel groups are there .
