Staff and general vibe of the place was very friendly and helpful. The reception staff were lovely and when I reported an issue with the tap it was fixed within the hour.

Room was spacious even when this is a standard room booking. Best thing is that they’re dog-friendly! They provided bowls, bed and some dog treats which was very much appreciated. Staffs were very friendly!
The only missing star is for the outdated room and we could definitely have a cleaner room. But it was just for one night for us so we didn’t have any issue!

Great location and the hotel is in a beautiful building. The room was spacious with nice and comfortable beds looking to the inner court of the hotel. The hotel has its charm with the glass elevators and the restaurants in the inner court. It provides the grandiose, premium feeling. Staff was friendly and check in/out procedure was smooth.
The service in restaurants in the inner court (to me) did not match up their prices.

Great location, lovely staff, very clean and well equipped rooms. Everything you could possibly need was provided and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
The pool areas were wonderfully warm but the pool itself was a little cold. A very very small issue, we still really enjoyed it and loved the pool towels, bathrobes and slippers provided.

Maritim hotel is very well situated, within easy reach of Cologne city centre, the railway station, restaurants and the river Rhine. Very comfortable, well equipped room/bathroom and excellent breakfast catering for all tastes.
The lifts in this hotel are extremely slow, made worse by the fact they appear to be programmed to automatically stop at every floor, regardless of whether or not the lift has been called to a particular floor. We opted to use the staircase on more than one occasion. Finding the staircase was a challenge though !

Location, breakfast and room size was good. Multiple restaurant options are on a walking distance. Staff is very cooperative and cleanliness is well maintained.
Overall stay was good but the price is a bit higher as compared to other locations. Moreover, the double bed size is too small for 2 adults; 2 kids can fit good instead.

I like the room! The Pool, Gym and also the breakfast. Also it has the perfect view of the Rhein

It was close to everything. Staff at reception were helpful. Pool was nice.

Very dated, elevators were slow and took so long to come. We had to take the stairs several times. House keeping was not prompt at all
