I enjoyed how beautiful the hotel was. It was easy to find also.
I didn't like the elevators and the showers. The elevators were in credibly slow, small, and had a weird pattern. I also don't know if it's more based on the guests but they would push in even if there wasn't space. With the showers, I could never get it hot enough for my liking. The wifi also kept disconnecting.

Our first room flooded when the shower was used but the staff was very helpful and quickly moved us.

The location was good, and the architecture was pleasant
The heating system in our room wasn’t working, and more importantly, the service elevator next to our room was running from early morning until midnight, and all the noise carried into our room

The near to the City Center, literally a 10 min walk from the Cathedral. They have paid parking in the Basement as well and Public Transpo and Taxis at the Main Entrance. The rooms where spacious and clean and even offered Air Conditioning.

Fantastic location……. Near the river /busy squares/dom. Also directly outside is a bus and tram station Facilities were excellent, abundant and easy to use. Breakfast was outstanding The hotel and staff look very professional but there was a very easy going nature about the place too
Possibly a little dated and could do with a nice outside space to take it to the next level. The air con wasn’t cool enough for some of the group but it was absolutely fine for me
