Excellent hotel in the centre of the city. Once arrived, you do not need a car. Bus, U-Bahn, taxi in front of the door. You can also do everything just by walking. Very good breakfast with a lot of fresh choices. Do not forget to bring your swim gear as there is a nice and great indoor swimming pool. Piano bar with tasty cocktails (and other) and a "Kneipe" at the first floor.
After thinking hard, maybe a bottle of water in the room everyday and not just the first day ? That's it.

The hotel is well situated and has a parking facility
One of the 3 lifts were not working. So in peak time, we had to wait quite some time before we could get use it.

Only one bottle of water in the room, not renewed every day. Company policy I was told There was a fire alarm at 9pm one evening - I was on the 7th floor facing the Dom. There is no sign for Exit on the stairwell!!! I had to just keep pushing doors to see if one opened!!

We were able to check in before the official check-in time, which was a wonderful bonus. The hotel’s location was also excellent.
1. Blocked sink
The sink in our room was blocked upon arrival. This was resolved fairly quickly, for which we are grateful. 2. Late Checkout Issues We had paid for a 3-hour late checkout. On the day of departure, our room key stopped working and reception initially told us we only had 1 extra hour. They later confirmed the full extension and apologized. However, the cleaning staff was not informed. The cleaning lady was already waiting in front of our room for us to leave which created a rushed and uncomfortable end to our stay. 3. Breakfast Setup The breakfast offer was very nice overall, but the buffet layout caused significant congestion as guests served themselves. The flow could be improved by creating dedicated stations — for example, grouping all egg dishes together. The hotel has plenty of space to implement a better design that would make the experience less hectic. For comparison, this was handled noticeably better during my previous stay at the Maritim Stuttgart a couple of years ago.

The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was average. The pool very nice. The staff were very friendly and informative.
The rooms are a little dated and in need of an upgrade. The curtains had holes in them, and the bed linen small rips. Not a huge issue, but would expect better from a 4 star hotel. They are however very spacious. The breakfast was nice, but I found some of pastries and rolls hard. Had a very keen waiter who took away our breakfast whilst we had gone to top up our drinks.
