Apartment was really homely and clean
The lift but we was in the top floor. Also getting into the accommodation was difficult but the nice taxi driver helped us.

Location is good room is good view is good near public transport
The TV is not working, it is just a decoration for the room, there are no channels at all. owner claimed that the Netflix service is working but unfortunately not working or not even available, and the owner did not make any effort to fix this situation although communicated many times, which was a disappointing point for me. Towels is not enough inside the room.

Not far from New markets and may walk about 10 to 15 minutes to the main train station or just 2 minutes from New markets all shps are located over there
No TV channels but Netflix and you Tube are there If not interested to you then no big deal

if was clean and a 20 minute walk to the centre. easy communication with helpful host by WhatsApp.
the (smart) studio was extremely noisy. the downstairs neighbor gave a party till 4 pm and I could literally hear all the lyrics of the songs which probably means there is no proper sound insulation. the neighbor didnt want to turn the music down because she herself had suffered a lot from noice disturbance from the Madam Apartments. so not a lot of sleep that night which was a bit of a downer on the weekend away.
as mentioned in other feedback, studio is quite warm without using the heather.

not far from town, next to great vegan sushi restaurant. Safe parking spot
broken window, loose doors in the kitchen, loose toilet roll hanger in the bathroom. No good ventilation so you need to keep the window open but then there is a lot of noise from the street.. Fix these small details to have a more premium feel for that price.

Close to tram stop so easy to get into town.
Rough around edges. Shower cubical with no shower in it! Did have bath with shower hose over, but plug that didn't work fully, so OK if fast bath. Bedroom door with no panel in middle of door, so can just step through door, fridge very noisy so difficult to sleep as no door to bedroom, no cold water (cold water was very warm, enough to have shower with. So not cold enough to drink), key lock details sent by what's app same day of arrival after asking how to enter property (as had no roaming on phone not receive them), when called owner to work out what to do, not very friendly or helpful. Very hot building, couldn't leave windows open over night as on tram line and busy road. Only one power point by bed, had to pull bed out to find it, the property had bed side lamps on both sides but no way you could plug in both. TV no reception. Overall bad, would not stay again.

Location was ok, quite close to the city centre, convenient for tram system Views were great.
Checking in was problematic, directions were not clear to the parking. Could not get through the security door. Had to tail gate someone else exiting the building.
The apartment was ok but lots of things broken, door hinges, a bedroom door, no shower head in the shower. No direction on checking out and where to leave the key. Charging 50Euro for cleaning is very unreasonable.
No security catch on the Windows, they could be fully opened which is not advisable on the 10 th floor
