Good location Good Breakfast with very friendly staff.
WiFi almost non working not able to use for anything apart from reading e-mail, the Hotel claimed to have high speed internet connection, totally untrue. The bathroom was not very clean, the shower/bath was probably one of the worst I have ever used, the shower ran hot and cold at one point I was nearly burned by the heat of the shower Overall the hotel was very tired looking and in need of an upgrade, the information on Booking.com did not show the true side of this hotel and should consider reappraising this hotel, finally the hotel was very expensive for the poor quality provided and very disappointing for a weekend break.

Wonderful
Excellent location just steps from the cathedral, friendly staff, large room with large bathroom and large, extra comfortable beds, indoor and outdoor parking, and an excellent, plentiful, and varied breakfast, more savory than sweet, but all delicious. Highly recommended.
Underground parking lot along with other hotels, you have to be careful to enter the right one

The location was excellent for visiting the Christmas markets. Breakfast was very good. Hichelm was extremely helpful and friendly
The restaurant for booking an evening meal. We tried to book a table but it was booked but we were offered to sit at the bar to eat which we did but were then told that we couldn’t even order food for at least an hour. The bar didn’t open till 5 pm.

Disappointing
Location is perfect, just the description of the facilities in the hotel, Mini bar, does not exist, bar does not open until 1700 hrs, leaflet in the room saying you can order food, tried the QR code, does not work, they don’t bring food to your room, but sure I read this somewhere when booking, a little disappointed as the class as 4 star hotel, had better services in a hotel that cost half as much, All in all I would think twice about booking this hotel, Another 4 star hotel just round the corner better services. Asked the receptionist when she asked about my stay, all she could say, sorry, sorry and even more sorry.
Stop deceiving your customers into the services you say you supply.

The location was very easy to reach from main station, and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.☺️
