Great hotel, in a good location which close by the underground station. Room was nice, modern and clean. Breakfast had a good choice of food. Good service provided by hotel staff, would recommend.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was relatively well located within the city. It was easy to check in the hotel.
The hotel was pricy for the service. I felt the room was relatively small and felt cramped and/or stuffy. Aeration was not very good even though we extensively opened the windows.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. The hotel was centrally located but not close to the Cathedral; a short 1.4KM walk for some and a long trek for others. The room was well appointed but directly overlooked the hotel Sign and the main street; noisy and no view.

The mattress was hard which made it more comfortable to sleep, Breakfast was very nice and optional. Coffee tasted awesome
The room could have been equipped with a coffee machine instead of just a kettle. And we paid 6 Euro for the water in the mini bar. I think water is no longer a service that hotels charge their guests for.

Top Location, The Metro station, cafes and many restaurants are close to the hotel.

The staff was super friendly at all times. I felt very welcomed. The location is very good. You can reach the Belgische Viertel and the city center equally fast.
Breakfast was exceptionally good and sets a standard for all other hotels.
Not showing on the pictures that the bathroom has a sliding glass door feels like purposefully fraudulent. I did not appreciate that.
The sink design is very questionable and allows to spray water everywhere due to the high water pressure from the tap which cannot be controlled easily. The shower on the other hand had barely any pressure.
Especially the bathroom showed many signs of wear and permanent stains.
I don't know whose idea it was to put a fridge with a glass door, which light activates in the dark, right next to the bed but I thought a lot about this person while I was lying awake in the dark staring into the light.
