Central location and staff were very friendly, and all of them. The breakfast was very tasty and diversified. The check in and check out were very fast.
By the time of Köln Karneval, the hotel accommodated Karneval parties in the Lobby area and we were not aware or informed of that especially that we mentioned explicitly that we are looking for a calm room. Provided that the rooms are not sound proof we were bothered by the noise especially from guests coming late at night and speaking loudly.

Parking under the hotel
Behind the hotel there is a street with a couple of cafes/clubs. The room we had was on the first floor and we had a lot of noise coming from those clubs at night.

Rooms starting to look worn down.
Depending on which side your room is, very noisy street with bars, lots of noise til late at night
Breakfast is ok, but overpriced for what it is.
