A very solid business hotel, superb bed, and an excellent neighbourhood. The gym and sauna were very useful. Easy for driving and on site and on site secure parking

Breakfast was excellent. Staff interaction was pleasant, friendly. Handsome property design features. Some staff should be more knowledgable to provide simple directions. Restaurant recommendations needs improvement. One recommended Italian restaurant closeby was overpriced and mediocre, but with friendly service. And it doesn't hurt to ask if the guest doesn't mind a taxi, metro or a 10-15 minute walk, for example, to enjoy delicious food. For some guests, they will travel for exceptional food. Breakfast excellent. Terrace beautiful!
Restaurant recommendations, concierge type service. English tourist literature wasn't to be found; this in a hotel which is Koeln focussed!
