Cold water for a 300 euro per night hotel room. Notified them the first night, but their fix didn't help.
second night water was good enough, last 2 nights totally cold.
Not having warm water for such an expensive hotel, i won't stay there again.

The hotel and the room had fairly recent renovations, with a modern bathroom, a good breakfast, and a convenient location in the city center, not far from the train station.
There was no complimentary bottle of water, only a minibar. The air conditioner was quite noisy, and the temperature controls were confusing.

An awesome hotel in a very good location! You can just walk into the center of town. Very comfortable room and great facilities. Almost feels like a resort kind of style where you can really relax.

Worth for the money
There was no clear information about parking charges, as other hotels are mentioning that.
Staff was not so friendly and the lady in the reception was quite rude explaining about the parking rules.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the location couldn’t be better, with plenty of great restaurants and bars just steps away. Patrick in the bar was a highlight – so friendly and easy to chat to. The shower was excellent – hot with great pressure. Freisenplatz station is only a 2-minute walk, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Would happily stay here again.

To be able to open the window was wonderful. The only negative part was the noise from the nearby construction. The bathroom and the shower were super modern and beautiful incl. enough space to place your items.
Breakfast was the best choice of quality food. The location is also very good within walking distance to the train station and Altstadt. Thank you very much.

Reasonable location, about 15 minute walk to river front area. Other areas with restaurants etc just around the corner. Breakfast excellent.
