Everything! The Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was excellent, room was clean, comfortable big beds, fabulous space in the room. And location was just perfect! Can recommend this hotel, you won’t get disappointed!

I traveled with the van and staff was vey nice to let me park near hotel. Location is perfect and there are many restaurants near by.
Hotel needs a renovation and photos are not adequate. It's old and showers have really annoying system to adjust the temperature.

Good location, very well kept and clean. Very nice breakfast for the price, good choice and variety.
Only downside is the parking, was extremely narrow (max 2m wide). So we had to park across the street, which is was quite expensive.

Breakfast was great and at the restaurant welcoming desk Caroline was like a 'spring' in the mornings. She is so happy,kind and helpful. Thank you for Caro and also Elfi. These type of personnels change your total idea about the negative things in the hotel.
Bed linens could be better cotton. I am not sure its %100 cot!

The frequent automated communication mails were overall useless, especially the repeated nagging to leave a review was very annoying. The hotel itself was totally fine, but receiving 7+ mails before and after a one night stay bothered me quite a bit.

The breakfast had ample of choices. The location of the hotel is really good for exploring the city. The room was quiet and the bed was truly comfortable. The shower was perfect.
The clothes hangers although sleek and modern could possibly have a storage. There are coffee making facilities in the room but no tea making facilities if you are a tea drinker. These however were provided on request, so not a deal breaker.
