Excellent hotel with nice and welcoming stuff. Facilities are also in good condition. We wanted to have bathrobes and some tea in the room (both not there by default) instead of coffee, and the receptionist solved this very quickly. The breakfast is quite rich and tasty, our favorite was a pancake machine :) The bed was comfortable, the shower super modern and relaxing. Location of the hotel is also convenient. 25 mins walk from the train station, peaceful neighbourhood and close to the Neumarkt. Overall, great place to stay and explore Cologne!

Rita at the front desk was such a gem during check in. She was so friendly and helpful, she provided me with information that I needed without me even having to ask. She's the kind of person I would hire if I owned a hotel. The room was also very nice and the breakfast options were great.
The bathroom door got stuck but they fixed it pretty quickly.

The bed was super comfy, the room spacious. everything super clean and tidy. Location is nice as is quite but you do have to walk 15 min to get to the Cathedral. a lot of Christmas markets nearby. There's a great spa and gym we checked out but didn't have enough time to use. the Breakfast was amazing lots of options.
Everything was great but if I'm nitpicking the shower pressure was a bit weak.

Situated within easy walking distance of attractions, restaurants and shopping, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Parking garage underneath the hotel was super convenient. The room was very comfortable with extremely modern features. Expansive, delicious breakfast with friendly, courteous staff. Highly recommended!
