The hotel is in a very good area, easy access to city center by walk. Staff is amazing. Facilities are great. Breakfast is very good and tasty. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Cologne.

Great hotel, we definitely hope to stay here again. The location is perfect, so many nice restaurants, cafes, shops and grocery stores nearby, nice gym, the staff were so nice and helpful, the room was spacious, great beds and the shower was the best part, it's like a waterfall.
I didn't really like the music in the gym, but that's minor and a matter of taste. Plus, I used the gym for yoga so I really prefer no music then.

The bedrooms need new windows The noise from the street is terrible. They should give earplugs. I didn't like the pillows.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, hotel is located in vibrant area of the town.
For all the price of more than 600 Euros per night, there was no coffee facilities in the room. Reception was adamant that for our room type we don't deserve one, refusing to provide coffee even at payment. Only after persuasion reception unwillingly agreed to send coffee. Not impressive.
