This is a great hotel if you want to relax and get some rest. Whenever I stay in Cologne, I never choose another hotel, I’ve stayed here several times. It’s located right next to a beautiful lake and forest, making it very peaceful and quiet. You can go jogging, running, walking, or simply enjoy the peace. If you get a room with a lake view, you’ll have the best experience.
The rooms did not have the two single beds we had requested during the reservation process. Also, the hotel parking should be free for guests staying at the hotel, but unfortunately it isn’t.

Very excellent location beautifull park and nature around the hotel
Small blanket for sleeping wouldve liked a 2person blanket for me and my husband there were moments its was cold at night due to smallness

This is a large hotel located in a very nice park outside of the Cologne city centre. The building itself is rather ugly, but very modern inside. I chose to stay here because I was attending a conference hosted at their conference centre. My room was fine and had everything I needed, including a small fridge; I was also given a tea-kettle upon request. The breakfast was very good. The staff are nice and helpful. The possibility to opt out of the rather useless everyday room-cleaning is appreciated.
There was sometimes smell in the bathroom. Getting to the centre of Cologne from the hotel and back is relatively easy, but the public transport in Cologne does not always work as it should, with trams and busses being frequently delayed or canceled.

Great breakfast buffet, seating with view onto the parc.Right next to parc and forest - a dream for dog owners ! Very friendly staff. Bar and restaurant onsite. Close to public transport or a 10 minute drive to town center. Parking onsite.
Our room was facing the roadside - so some traffic noise when the windows are open. Queensize bed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, when they rang for a taxi for 7am to go to the hospital. Taxi was early. We didn’t want to drive there. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and sat by the window looking out to the lake.
