Very nice surroundings, beautiful view at the restaurant - with lake, fountain and swans. Breakfast was good, coffe of average quality

Overall a good value for the price. Great location next to the park. Delicious breakfast.
Room care could be better.
The coffee box was not filled, no sugar, no whitener, no nothing. The handkerchief box in the bathroom was empty. In my colleague's room the soap bottle in the shower was empty. All that at the beginning of the stay.
On my last stay before, I forgot a shirt in the room. From a 4-star hotel, I'd actually expect to be contacted in such a situation, but did not happen.
Overall small things, and I'll surely come back. But definitely not a 4-star treatment.

Bonus info: there is still free parking in "Kinkelstraße" on the opposite side of the road, where I used to live years ago.
Had a beer in the hotel bar and bartender/waiter brought the wrong beer and insisted it was, what we had ordered,
Light-switch for the bathroom was in a very counter-intuitive place (outside the bathroom, but not on the same side as the door handle) and didn't work properly. Shower/bathtub faucet was leaking.

Breakfast was nice especially their bread. Location also fine. Parking available. Behind the hotel very beautiful park which i loved a lot.
Rooms were not super fancy. Basic rooms but comfortable.

good location for our needs, comfortable beds, fresh towels, daily, a delightful restaurant, and exceedingly helpful and friendly staff.
The tub shower has a high side to step over and there are no rubber strips in the tub or rubber mat provided so it can be difficult to maneuver in and out without slipping. also, we expressed a preference for Stillwater, but kept getting bottles of fizzy water.
