Road and tram noise was noticeable in front facing rooms, widows didn’t seem to block it very well. Lots of door banging in hotel as they didn’t seem to close easily.

The location was ideal for our stay, and the park next door is our favorite spot in Cologne. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel; the chef is clearly very talented. Overall, it is a quiet and beautiful environment.
Upon entering the room, we noticed the sink wasn't properly cleaned, as there was hair left from the previous guest. That said, the staff responded immediately, offered a sincere apology, and resolved the issue promptly.

Very comfortable, and exactly where I wanted to be.
Liked it so much, I booked again to stop over on my way home from Bavaria to UK.

No AC even though it is on the website as having AC. Was given a small fan. Was very hot in the room, made for an uncomfortable stay.

Good location for the RheinEnergie Stadium. Nice park ourside the hotel. Very good breakfast.
Some furniture and also the outside of the hotel look a bit dated.

Very nice breakfast, always friendly staff, and the location is super nice, next to the park and the little lake.
The air condition could be better. During the heat period there was no chance to cool the room down with what the air condition provided.
