Quiet location on the edge of a park, set back from the road and very friendly staff. One needs to ask for north facing rooms tough to benefit.
The matrasses were a bid worn out and generally the deco a bit dated. They are upgrading and that was a bit noisy too but work stopped on the weekend.

Front desk was dismissive. Phone on room didnt work. They told us and another couple we met that we hadnt booked baby beds but we both had from booking.com.

The Bed was comfy. The room was spacious enough.
Breakfast was the worst I ever had in a hotel. selection of cheese is very limited. No real option if one would like to eat vegetarian or vegan. Quality over all would be suited for a cheap hostel not a good hotel. The bath had a lot of hairs from previous guests still. Hairdryer was broken. The construction crew is on side and renovating the upper floors.

Breakfast was very rich. The location is perfect as the hotel is located by a lake and an enormous park. Its a perfect place to rest after a busy work day.
It was very expensive as I travelled during a big event week.
