Good location in Cologne and easy to find. Great onsite parking ( charges apply). Allowed us to check in early which was very kind. The foyer was dressed for Christmas and it was fabulous. Very festive feel. The room was a good size, and the double bed was huge. Very modern bathroom and bedroom fixtures and fittings. We had a coffee machine, kettle and bottle of water in the room. Downstairs the foyer had complimentary sweet and savoury treats for free, as well as Gluwhein.

The mattresses are not new and are sagging ;
The window is not watertight ;
There is no small refrigerator ;
On the 2nd floor where we were staying, the ventilation/air conditioning is very/too noisy and can be heard from the room.

I loved slashing my toe open and almost getting sepsis from dirty shards of glass in their dirty bathroom of a so called junior suite and given fake information on how to get a refund
Everything, glass everywhere, ruined my holiday, couldn't walk and almost got sepsis( blood poisoning) from broken glass is the bathroom
