The Fact that is was pretty close to the City and accessibility to supermarkets.Terrible Experience – Not Recommended
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and the staff showed no professionalism. The rooms and common areas were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. On top of that, the hotel is poorly maintained – broken fixtures, bad smell, and faulty amenities everywhere. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

I stayed in a superior suite which consisted of two single beds & one bed was badly uneven & would often bang around in the floor making it impossible to sleep on.
When asked staff about the possibility of solving this issue, I was completely dismissed as though I was being unreasonable.
So I stayed for 4 days on a single bed & I’m 6”4.

Big room. Friendly staff. Excellent pool and parking. We got a new room when air condition did not work. Free internet access. A free bottle was a nice welcome gift. 5 min walk to the tram , easy to go to the city with tram nr 3.

It was close to location I need.
Curtains was good.
No a fridge in a room.
Not so clean, old furniture.
Receptionist wrong navigated us and we should to come down and took another elevator with our suitcases. It wasn’t good to go up down with heavy bags.

Very nice and calm environment. Lovely stay.
The ipad has an option to skip out on room service, to save resources. This is awesome! But I realized after doing this that I wouldn’t be getting any towels or bedsheets (we needed extra because we split the beds), and to request those should also be on the tablet.
Our room came with 3 capsules for the coffee machine, our friend’s room didn’t have any, but she has a bag of candy? this seemed a little weird. Also the complimentary shampoo is nice, but maybe the hand soap should be different.

The breakfast was great, and the service was good. We enjoyed the pool. The pool was well maintained and open from very early until very late. Very nice.
The hotel has a good vibe, with free coffee and snacks at the reception all day round.
The hotel carpets look dirty / damaged here and there. Maybe it is time for a face lift.
Also, the hotel location is a little bit low end, with lots of litter on the streets in the area.
