Everything met my needs.
The Wi-Fi is pretty bad and having to get a new code every day, my only complaint. And I wish the lights didn’t blast on automatically in the bathroom at night when you’re trying to stay asleep.. but that’s a small thing

There were heavy footsteps coming from upstairs late at night; the accommodation was unfriendly; you were forbidden from eating outside food; and the hygiene was poor, with an unpleasant odor in the hallway.

The environment was very noisy, especially at night — children were running in the hallways and knocking on doors, making it difficult to sleep or rest. Because of this situation, I decided to leave the hostel on October 29, two days earlier than planned, which caused me to lose two paid nights. However, I would like to mention that the reception staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also quite far from Koelnmesse, which made daily travel difficult. I hope the management will take steps to improve guest comfort and ensure a quieter environment in the future. Best regards, Muhammad Tanveer

The Front-desk and the guy from the bar were friendly
That the cleaning staff took my PJ's and towel. I was able to retrieve them though when checking out.

For my surprise, 4 people stay in one room. You go into a room where already 3 unknown are sleeping. I expected a separate room at booking.
