Poor
Honestly not to much. Rooms were extremely small. The rooms were not very clean
When we booked there was no mention of construction. When we got there we were put in a room and told there wasn’t any around us I swear they were working on the three rooms surrounding us. I don’t usually write reviews but wanted some ppl to know. The carpets were dirty the check in process was terrible. Had us wait for almost an hour just to say well I don’t think I will have a room soon after saying it would only be 10-20 mins. Ended up being 2.5 hours.

Easy to get to the cathedral and other Christmas markets.
The beds were very uncomfortable, the cushions were flat and could have done with three more each!! We did manage to get another. No Tea or Coffee Facilities in the bedroom. On checkout day even though we had the room until 12 to check out the cleaner was banging on the door wanting to come in to clean at 9 am.

The hotel is clean and comfortable with the staff being polite and helpful.
Although the hotel claims to be in the centre it is actually on the outskirts, it is a 25min walk to the cathedral. The shower rooms are small and manoeuvring around them is a bit difficult. I thought the cost of the breakfast was excessive, fine if you want spend an hour or two filling yourself up but not if all you require is a coffee and roll
