Everything! The room the helpful staff and even though it was not “summer” season they turned on the air conditioning for our room which was excellent. This property while being typical Ibis format had a slightly larger room with very nice breakfast

Dedicated entry door from the station concourse. No corridor noise. Effective check in and clean room. Able to get two rooms next to each other. Brilliant external soundproofing.
No kettle or drink making facility in room. Sound did travel between adjacent rooms.

The housekeeper knocked at our room door a few times while we r in biz call. We already placed the do not disturb sign. We told her she didn't understand English

The location is fantastic however if you are given 4th floor the view is of the station roof. One pillow each one towel. No hand towels. The toilet seat is very stained and really should be replaced. It's a basic hotel yes but for it's location it could be so much better

The location is very convenient. The hotel rooms are clean and everything you need. We found the room too warm/ stuffy but maybe just struggling to get the air conditioning right. It’s a great place to stay with kids just a shame there aren’t any family rooms.
