There were construction works going on during our stay - which in and of itself was not a bad thing. However they started work at 8-9 in the morning which seemed very early to start.
They also kept forgetting to replace the loo roll/soap when it ran out, leaving us to go down to reception and get more. Housekeeping had obviously been since the beds were made/new bedding put on but for some reason toiletries weren’t replaced at the same time
Overall the B&B seemed like a lovely place but the above two points let it down

Hotel was under construction! The room was dirty, we found clothes a pair of socks and a water bottle under the bed as well as some underwear, we took the decision to leave the hotel one night earlier as we didn’t feel comfortable staying there, when we spoke to the hotel personal told me that they can’t do anything as I booked with booking. Yet booking nor the hotel had reached out to us !

Hadn’t know about extensive restoration work being done so entrance and stairway very off putting room was very nice well restored no hot water at first but resolved quick by staff. Didn’t try breakfast due to the complete mess in reception area and wasn’t quite sure where it would be. A little noisy in the morning from work being done

Good value for money, very clean. Bathroom was good, bed was comfortable.
There was a renovation going on the second floor and the stairs were constantly dirty.

Outside the city but convenient public transport to the city center, the tram station is very closeby. Hotel has free parking.
The shower sewage is blocked, water flood out even only had a very quick shower.

A good price for what they offer, good connection to the city centre.
The shower had very little privacy, the walls were thin, so we hear our neighbours easily
