Staff was friendly and helpful.
Blanket was dirty. They didnot changen even we have informed them. There was no hairdryer. There was no soap. You have to use soap at the shower. You have to get in shower cabin to get soap. I really never ever prefer this hotel again.

Clean, comfortable, quiet budget hotel. 200m walk to the No7 tram line for a 20 min journey into the city.
No provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. 1 euro 50 for a small cup at the vending machine in reception.

A nice, cozy, budget hotel. We stayed there after a concert. It is quite suitable for this purpose (short stays).

I booked 2 double rooms which were across the corridor from each other. They were clean although budget. This means shower and sink in room rather than separated by a wall. This doesn't bother me though for the price i wasn't expecting luxury. The shower, although a little variable in temperature was powerful. The beds were comfy and the basic air-conditioning was more than I was expecting. The tran station is a short walk. The number 7 takes you into the city. You can buy tickets/Kln card either online or on the tram itself. Plenty of spaces in the hotel car park and free. There are some restaurants/supermarkets a short drive from the hotel if you need.
The pillows were lumpy and thin. The lights switches above the bed glow which is not great for people who like it dark to sleep. It was difficult to cover the switch to stop this. The window blind also had a gap at the bottom but this was easier to block.

Exceptional
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is 2 mins walking distance from the tram station. It was very easy to get to city centre, only one tram without changes. Kids loved the fact that the bunk bed was on top of the double bed!. We would use this hotel again.
There is not lift, but for the price of the hotel we really didn't mind. I would happily stay in this hotel again.

Was good enough. Free parking. Convinient for us. Inexpensive.
The fire alarm rang in the morning which turned out to be a mistake and took awhile to turn off. The room is quite small and there doesn't seem to be ventilation in the bathroom of the room we were in.
