great location, next to highway, gas station, city roads, food, etc... very good option for single night stays in Koln
Very noisy room, not well insulated at all. You can hear the boiler loading water and the pump carrying it on the upper floors through the walls during the night. Incoming/Outgoing guests as well. If you have light sleep... maybe ask for a room on the upper floors with less traffic... and less boiler noise.

Easy to find, close by FrankfurtStr station. Good WiFi, staff good, helped me out of a it of a spot with availability. Airport 5 mins on sbahn away.
These hotels are kit builds and as such, noise tends to echo, from doors slamming etc:-. It's the hand theses hotel serves..
But miles better than klausk in Helsinki.

It was a terrible experience. The room was clean and the staff at the reception was nice. But on the second night our room door would not accept the code provided by the hotel (that had work fine in the first night). I called an emergency number and the guy told me he could not help because he had no access to the informatics system of my specific hotel (THEN WHY WAS THIS NUMBER PROVIDED?). Calling the second emergency number, they told me they would be there in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes (no one arrived, of course), I called again. It took quite a while to get a voice on the other side. They took a long time saying that the code should work. It didn't. Nothing worked. I called again because they promised to called me back, but my phone wasn't ringing. After 45 minutes, they generated a new code and we could go inside the room: at 00:45 in the night.
Third day in the hotel; the same happened. The code didn't work. A female worker picked up and I explained the situation. After 5 minutes of silence (because she had been working in the informatics system) I get a third code. It worked perfectly; also on the next day - no more problems. Naya was her name. NAYA deserves a 10 in her evaluation. She was professional and efficient. But the staff from the night before, they deserve a -1. It was a terrible experience.
I got no information about the hotel being renovated. They were careful with the dust but I hate to wake up at 8 a.m. with the sound of drilling. Bah!
Emergency numbers provided should be able to help you - calling someone that says that they cannot help you, it's BAD for business. Staff should be more efficient and professional - some workers take 45 minutes and others just 5 to make the same job. That makes me wonder about the management policies - and not trust them a second time.

Clean and fresh room on the 3rd floor, close proximity to a train station and car wash which we needed. It looks like it is being renovated, which is good I guess..
Poor breakfast, no hot meals, no fresh orange juice, almost no pastry, yet it was 13€ like in other b&b franchise, we kinda expected more. No elevator in the building! No active ventilation in the bathroom, it gets very hot

I had to leave earlier just to avoid staying there one more night. It’s a nightmare. The shower cabin was dirty, the walls are dirty and worn down. I was having issues checking in after 22:00, the check in machine doesnt work and I had to call emergency number. Hotel didn’t respond to my messages during the day, I sent 5 messages to them. They never sent me the access code to the room prior to the check in. Super unprofessional. Horrible experience. Breakfast has nothing to offer.

And in reception a woman very bad behavior.in room have no heater.and in bath room water system is also very bad, water is so cold.when i asked reception woman she tell me cannot do anything.room cleanliness also very bad.

The free parking and the overall look of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Furthermore, the elderly man at the reception was very friendly.
The bunk bed’s bed frame, which I hit my head on several times. And that my booking didn’t include breakfast, even though on booking.com it said that it was included in the price.
