I had to leave earlier just to avoid staying there one more night. It’s a nightmare. The shower cabin was dirty, the walls are dirty and worn down. I was having issues checking in after 22:00, the check in machine doesnt work and I had to call emergency number. Hotel didn’t respond to my messages during the day, I sent 5 messages to them. They never sent me the access code to the room prior to the check in. Super unprofessional. Horrible experience. Breakfast has nothing to offer.

.Excellent location right next to train station
.Staff very friendly
The only negative I have with this hotel was that the shower area was very small. other than that I could not fault this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I have a very bad experience in this hotel.
And in reception a woman very bad behavior.in room have no heater.and in bath room water system is also very bad, water is so cold.when i asked reception woman she tell me cannot do anything.room cleanliness also very bad.

The free parking and the overall look of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Furthermore, the elderly man at the reception was very friendly.
The bunk bed’s bed frame, which I hit my head on several times. And that my booking didn’t include breakfast, even though on booking.com it said that it was included in the price.

Not much.
I booked, they confirmed and I payed, but they didn't want to let me enter the hotel, because they said I didn't pay, until I needed to call the police. Then they let me in. It was a really bad experience. The hotel is completely unorganized. The owner doesn't know what his employees do and the employees are rude either the guests.

1. The size of the room.
2. The thickness of the walls.
3. The 3rd bunk bed right above our heads. Suffocating.

It was a good room. We would give it an 8 if we got two blankets. We only received one. We arrived at night, so we couldn't contact anyone anymore. So that was a big bummer. The rest of the accommodation was fine. It was everything that you needed for a night of sleep.
We only had one blanket for 1 person. We were with 2 people. The beds were a bit small. We sent a message, but also didn't receive any apologies.
