great location, next to highway, gas station, city roads, food, etc... very good option for single night stays in Koln
Very noisy room, not well insulated at all. You can hear the boiler loading water and the pump carrying it on the upper floors through the walls during the night. Incoming/Outgoing guests as well. If you have light sleep... maybe ask for a room on the upper floors with less traffic... and less boiler noise.

The staff was friendly and nice, breakfast menu was ok, the hotel was clean and furniture and was in a good condition

Stellar price, super cheap and the rooms are extremely good quality for the price. Really close to the airport, and also very convenient for getting to Cologne itself. Comfy bed, had a good night's sleep. Overall a positive stay for two nights while attending a concert at the Carlswerk Victoria (which is one direct bus away! about 30 mins to get to the venue).
Immediate vicinity sadly felt a little unsafe, especially as a solo traveller; there were a lot of older men loitering around the entrance. Weird keycard system for the rooms where you require a code to enter each room rather than a keycard, but this system was fine. Corridors around the hotel are unsecure and not behind a keycard door, so anyone could enter and wander the hotel - this is the single biggest thing I would change about the hotel. Staff were a bit mid but they got the job done.

Smaller room for sleeping, perfectly adequate, we were here for 2 nights. Staff very helpful. For me, I was absolutely thrilled.
The bad reviews are mainly due to the noise from outside, as the hotel is located near the airport and a car wash, but after closing the window you can't hear anything.

Good location, easy access from subway and close to the airport.
Friendly staff and clean hotel.
Very small rooms, very little food options on site and easily confused with another hotel next door from the same company. Also no lift.
