Resting area, breakfast, location was so good and rooms were so clean.
Person who work in reception isnt polite especially who made checkin for us. Firstly she waited us about 3 hours. yes we arrived a little bit early but she could explained it politely . She wasnt polite and acting just declared it. Hotel employees should learn smile and how should talk with customer.

The location was perfect. The hotel was really nice and the staff were extremely helpful. My daughter was going to a concert and had a light stick with her but we brought thr wrong size batteries. The receptionist kindly sourced the correct size batteries for her. My daughter was so happy

Location. Just across the bridge from the main part where the shops, restaurants and bars were.
Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the Concierge.
Window in room didn’t open so couldn’t get any fresh air. We had to have the air conditioner on all the time as very stuffy.
Toilet could have been cleaner.
