We really enjoyed the location and the view across the river was amazing at sunset. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. We really enjoyed cocktails in the Legends bar!

Great location across Rhein from the Dom. Beautiful panoramic view. The city center and train station are in 10min walk away. Delicious breakfast.
The price is too high for the hotel's current condition. In my opinion, it needs renovation. It's also strange that there are always 4-5 families waiting for breakfast entry - it's a simple organization issue.

location was great and the hotel amenities was top notch!
I tried to cancel one of the rooms prior to arriving, but was denied. I had a family member who was supposed to join our family, but he missed his flight due to circumstances out of his control. I was denied any refund of the room.

Hotel location is pretty good. Great view of the city skyline with the cathedral and bridge. Easy to walk up the stairs and get across the bridge into the town. A little bit of a walk to get to the nearest train station and if you have a pram or wheelchair, it is not super convenient. Easy enough, just a longer route.

The breakfast and the location are excellent. Just walking pass the bridge and you’re in front of the Cathedral.
The peak season price makes it less worth than the actual value, not to mention our room doesn’t even face the river nor have any view. The pillow is not very comfortable for both me and my boyfriend.

Says it has AC but it's not really mechanical cooling. So it was warm trying to sleep even with the windows open.

Breakfast is great. Rooms were spacious and location fantastic. Room service staff were excellent and friendly when we ordered food at night twice. They deserve lots of tips!
Concierge never says hello back. Just ignores. In shower the liquid soap is attached to the wall so you can't take it and use for a bubble bath. For the bath was only bar soap which is ridiculous.

dirty old shabby hotel, disgusting service, booked a family room 8 months in advance because we were traveling with 2 children, they gave us a room on the 3rd and 5th floors. Extremely stupid. They also deceive guests, almost the entire group was charged a mini bar and a restaurant, although no one used it because everyone was busy at a training. After the scandal they removed the excess but did not even apologize.
