The spa was amazing, and the location was brilliant
The bedrooms are way too dark. You can’t see a thing and you just forever trying to find some light in the bedrooms. There’s no dressing table and nowhere really to get ready.

Had a view of the cathedral from the room
Breakfast was the best I had the whole time in Europe (I'm American so breakfast is a big deal)
Room was nice and clean
Underground secure parking garage
Says it has AC but it's not really mechanical cooling. So it was warm trying to sleep even with the windows open.

Location was good. Italian restaurant in front of the hotel was convenient.
The smell of food in the hotel lobby is quite strong. Your clothes will be smelly after staying at the hotel and having breakfast. Not nice if you have a full day.

the room had all the necessary amenities and it was cleaned well. The a la carte breakfast at the executive floor was very good and quick (I ordered an omelet the way I like it, and it was always made to my tasting).
Even though the cleanness level was great (and it does matter to me), the hotel itself is a bit oldish and it really requires a renovation some time soon
