The setting and the view of the cathedral was spectacular and perfect for being located close to the centre of Koln.
Nothing that we didn’t like about the property but there was a miscommunication before arrival on parking. We were told there was free parking nearby but on arrival the only option was a pay parking or valet.

Large, spacious well appointed room. Comfortable beds and pillows, tastefully decorated and furnished. Spacious bathroom with a great shower - high pressure and constant temperature. Easy walking distance for Koelnmesse Confex and the train station.

1) The walls were very thin. I got woken by the guy in the room next to me in the middle of the night and could hear everything he was doing. When I told the staff while checking out, she didn't seem to care and just suggested I don't get a connecting room next time. 2) The shower in the bathroom was bizarre. It required two handles to turn off. I needed to get an engineer to come to my room to turn if off. 3) I could hear noisy staff going up and down the hallways as early as 9:00. They should be more quiet at that time in the morning.

the location and swimming poo,l sauna and a large choice of breakfast and most of all the view from the restaurant, It was fantastic. We were there with a dog and they also provided dog bed and water bowl and also snacks for our dog. very helpful and friendly staffs. I'd love to stay again!!

The view was excellent. The staff fulfilled every personal request.
