Wonderful
Room was spacious but I would have expected to see a coffee machine in there such as a Tassimo. Location was perfect with a great view Breakfast was ample with lots of choices.
Car parking charge was expensive. Hotel cost was a little more than it should be Dinner menu could have been better

Very Good
The room was very spacious, and having an ironing board was a nice plus. The pool area was also pleasant, even if a bit outdated. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel is still a very good choice due to its excellent location, and we didn't experience any major issues with other aspects of our stay. Overall, it was a good choice for a short weekend trip.
Room cleaning was significantly delayed; no one had come by 4:00 p.m., and when the housekeeper arrived, we were already back in the room, so no actual cleaning took place (though toiletries were restocked). At a 5-star hotel, I expect a greater emphasis on service.Additionally, the walk-in closet lacked shelves or a dresser with drawers. There was no space to organize underwear or folded clothes, so we had to keep them in our suitcase—fine for two nights, but inconvenient for a longer stay. Lastly, finding only instant coffee and an electric kettle in the room was a disappointment and below the standard of this hotel tier.

I experienced a level of hospitality here that I have never experienced before. Because of the time difference with Chicago, I spent more than three hours working in the lobby late at night. Sebastian, the night manager, noticed me and kindly came over to ask if I would like some water. It was a small gesture, but it showed extraordinary attentiveness and genuine care. Because of Sebastian, this hotel rose in my eyes to one of the best hotels in the world. Whatever service culture and training the hotel has created, it is truly magnificent. Thank you, Sebastian, for making my experience so memorable.
