The location is quite great. It's close to the Zoo and you can also take a stroll along the Rhine. It's a quiet area and easy to reach by foot or even by tram, from the Cologne Dome.
I would have like to have at least a couple of beverages from the mini-bar included in the price per night, other than that I cannot say I did not like the place or the amenities provided!

Perfect breakfast! Very helpful staff! 24-hour reception service! Plenty of parking available near the hotel at an affordable price.
No place to enjoy a coffee with a croissant during the day, either in or around the hotel.

Very well location, close to the river.
Very rude staff during breakfast! We asked before for a cot and it was not waiting for us in the room. We had to ask for it after our arrival.
