Very Good
Due to circumstances we had to stay unexpectedly in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they stayed a little longer to let us check in and help with the car.
They arranged gluten free bread for me and my son loved the rest of the breakfast. Rooms were spacious, clean and convenient. Dog friendly. Parking available.
I think carpet is not really suitable for a hotel, since it is not as hygienic.
The pillows were not comfortable, but that’s my personal opinion.

Good location and rooms
The smell of chemicals in the bathroom was pretty strong and intense. We expected to get warm food choices for breakfast

We stay here regularly, as family live nearby. We always have the same large room and we know the staff well. Breakfast is excellent. Our room has a clean bathroom (important!) with ample space - and everything works!
We had a slight problem with the app for the car park barrier but this was quickly resolved.

breakfast included a lot of fresh options, better than the average hotel experience
room was a bit smelly, but nothing too disturbing
room windows on ground floor made it feel like it was in a basement
location, neighborhood is not a pleasant one; building is not inviting, but it was good for what we needed
easy to visit Koln center with an Uber (15-20 euro's)
