Reasonably priced for a central city hotel, clean & comfortable 2 night stay. Close to Cathedral, river, shops & train station all within walking distance. Breakfast was very good with a good selection and included in our stay. Staff member on check in very friendly.

Awesome staff, great location.
One negative aspect of this hotel is the parking situation. They charge €24 per day for a parking spot, so I expected at least direct access and an elevator — similar to what I had experienced at other hotels, often at even cheaper prices. However, the setup here was quite inconvenient. To access the parking, the staff must first unlock a door located outside the hotel. After that, you need to go down two flights of stairs — with no elevator and no direct connection to the floors or lobby. If you’re traveling with a baby and stroller, I strongly recommend avoiding the parking or even reconsidering booking this hotel altogether.

My room felt really cosy, the bed was comfortable, good wifi, a good shower, a brightly lit mirror, good breakfast!
The room's lighting could have done with ability to light the room more (for when it's dark outside). With all lights on, during the evening, it felt a tad dim. When I checked in I really didn't like that the receptionist called me 'sir' upon arriving and then when I said that I don't want to be called that they didn't apologise, comment, or even look at me. Luckily it was just the once.

This hotel is definitely not 4 star. The facilities weren’t great. The room wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was nothing like the picture that is displayed. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Mattress was quite hard - not as comfortable as I’d like it. No kettle in the room to make tea (had to request one at reception).

The bed was comfy. The bathroom was good. The curtains were light proof.
We arrived at 3pm which was the earliest check in time of the hotel. And the reception told us there was no car park available. (Only available for small car). It’s nearly impossible to find a good cark park nearby. This hotel is not vehicle friendly

Very Good
Very good hotel convenient for station and super area nearby for bars/shops/restaurants without having to go into a very busy town centre. Excellent breakfasts and lovely, efficient staff. A welcome drink on arrival was such a lovely thing to have, especially after a very long journey. Comfortable beds and good size bedroom and bathroom. Could be more generous with coffee pods in the rooms.

Wonderful place to stay in Cologne. Spacious, quiet room with nice amenities. Excellent breakfast. Good location for walking to the park, river and cathedral. Nice places to eat and shop nearby.
