Breakfast was incredible, maybe one of the best we had in hotels. Location of the hotel is also great. Stuff is very polite and thankful. We will choose again hotel Santo for our staying in Cologne

We had some Flys or bugs in room. I pleased for cleaning but they were present next day too. Additionally, we got adjoining 2 single beds even though we booked kingsize bed :(.
