The bed and shower were fantastic, great location, kind staff, free water
Mostly lacking in certain facilities in the room. No airconditioning, even with a ventilator, it was still guite hot. No fridge in the room to cool your food and drinks. The shower curtain did not work at all, so it was always a water park in the shower. Also, I found the breakfast lacking, missed some warm dishes for breakfast, such as sausages and omelets. Does not have to be much but some variety in my opinion, more fruits would have been great.

Staff and owners were really friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean and the bed was comfortable with good quality linen. There's onsite and on street parking. Good basic hotel.
Noisy building site next door - not the fault of the hotel. The neighbourhood is scruffy and quite a distance from the city centre. However there is a great family Turkish restaurant opposite - recommend highly. All in all, the hotel cold do with facelift, but it's basic and adequate.

Breakfast was provided and it was quite basic which I’m okay with (do take note that it’s a non-halal breakfast so if you’re particular you can’t eat the meat). The staff members were very friendly. The hotel also provides free flow of still/sparkling water bottles which was nice. The room that i got was beside the road but thankfully it was quiet when i stayed for the night. The area itself was peaceful and nice.
The location. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the subway station so it is definitely tiring to be dragging my luggage to the hotel. It is advised to take an uber to there if you’re travelling with elderly or young kids with luggages.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast that was better than the pictures show! Room was clean and a decent size.
We had the most horrendous stay! Some building work was going on next door ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!! There was no prior notice to that! What a horrible surprise! We didn't sleep, gone midnight we called management, we even had to call the police but they couldn't do anything as the builders had special authorisation to work THROUGH THE NIGHT... We even moved our mattresses to the corridor but it didn't help. Unbelievable, we were utterly outraged. WE BOOK A HOTEL TO SLEEP AND WE COULDN'T SLEEP! It was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Had we known we would never had booked this hotel! We cancelled the rest of our stay there and they said they would refund us. IT TOOK 6 WEEKS OF CHASING THEM TO GET OUR REFUND. That also is not right.
