Great location for christmas markets
5 min walk from station
Room very was very comfortable
Nice modern interior
No toilet on ground floor level
My wife has a walking disability and cant manage stairs very well.
When using the bar and restaurant on ground floor level we had take stairs to the basement toilet no lift
or return to our room on 1st floor
not a big problem but wasn't expecting this.
I would still return.

Very well situated, just five minutes from the station, the river, Cathedral, Old Market and a short walk to the shopping centre. Great choice at the buffet for breakfast and they supplied us with bags for a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early for our train home.

Location perfect if you come by train and very close to the cathedral and the main Xmas markets. Breakfast was excellent and staff attentive . Room was not large but nice ambience and very clean. Reception area and breakfast room all spacious and reflecting a touch of class

Fantastic location just behind the Dom and Hbf.
The hotel felt a little tired - nothing that a good refurb would not fix. ⁷The room was a bit small.

The bed and pillows were great. The building was quiet but conveniently located next to the Dom. Bathroom was efficient, great shower pressure and water temp.
The room is tight. Definitely a 1-2 person room.

Staff were efficient but not overly friendly on check-in. very little general information about the hotel was offered or available in the room, ie wifi codes, bar and restaurant opening hours, sauna times etc. Room was very small although adequate for 2 persons
The cost for the size of the room although partial views of the cathedral were as advertised

It was the perfect location for us to go to the Christmas markets. Just a short walk down the sidewalks. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great - they would make us eggs if we wished. The coffee was amazing!
They were very helpful when we got there to take our luggage as we were early for check in.

Perfect location for walking to the Xmas markets and right beside the cathedral and train station. Comfortable room with nice toiletries. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice for vegetarians
