Location (just steps away from the Cologne Cathedral) can't be beat! The hotel was modern and clean with secure, on-site parking (24 per day) and an awesome staff.
One thing I'd improve would be the hotel restaurant. The staff and ambiance were great, but the food was "meh." Expensive (which you expect) but bland and forgettable. It's convenient, but not my first choice if given other options.

The location was great, and easy to access from the central train station. The style was lovely and the rooms were comfortable. Some of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
On my last morning, water was leaking into the bathroom from the room above. Some of the staff were very nice but I would have appreciated some compensation for the inconvenience as I wasn't able to use the bathroom at all before traveling home.

The hotel is almost next to the Cologne Cathedral, train station and the old town, giving you many opportunities to visit the city nearly completely on foot. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and very good breakfast to add. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cologne!

The location near the Cologne Dom was grand, and across the street from the symphony. The best thing was the morning clerk who went way out of her way to help us phone for changes in flights and hotel booking for emergency medical change of plans.So kind.

Location is great! 5 minutes from the train station and next to the Cologne Cathedral.
Church bells are wonderful to hear or close your window and they disappear.
Safe area. Handy to museums, riverfront and wonderful restaurants !
