Brilliant location within 10 mins walk of main railway station; cathedral, river, old town and museum Ludwig on the doorstep.
Room was spacious and comfortable
Very minor points: hooks for hanging up towels, clothes etc./ a suitcase stand. Also, we opted for room not to be cleaned but that also meant tea bags etc not replenished - an option to have that would be great.

Location was excellent - very near the train station, cathedral, river & river walk, and with easy access to the opposite side of the river. Everything was top notch and fairly up to date.
We didn't use the hotel for breakfasts due to the very high cost.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, staff were really helpful and the accommodation was good value.
The breakfast was a bit expensive as was parking.

Excellent location near train station and the Rhein river. Spacious and quiet room with excellent KLIMA control and mini fridge filled with complimentary water. Very good maintenance by the maids.
Nice terrace right outside of the hotel to sit, eat, drink and relax. Extensive breakfast buffet with friendly and helpfull staff attending to your every need.
Beds with a really uncomfortable hard mattress.
See through bathroom window was uncomfortable. Hall ways and dining areas were always rather warm.
Part of the reception staff seemed very young, unprofessional and unskilled (they ordered my taxi 2 hours early, they just stood there while we dragged our luggage from the racks it had been stored on).
The pringles in the little shop next to the lobby were past expiration date.
At one point a strange man opened the door and entered our hotel room. When he saw me he just turned around and left without saying a word (still do not know who he was or what he was doing in our room).

Perfect location very close to the train station, cathedral and river. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room and foyer werre very clean and comfortable.
Just one issue as the shower door didn't have a seal on the bottom so I had to roll the bath mat up to stop the water running out onto the bathroom floor..

The hotel is ideally placed, just 3 min walking fron the train station and also from the city center.
The staff is beyond kind, very helpful and reactive to any requests.
The room has everything that it needs, very nice amount of amenities. The room is of a nice size, with a confortable bed and very clean.
