Breakfast was really good, the staff was excellent and polite. The location was really good, I was out the door each day by 1000 and the major sites were in short walking distance. I would stay there again without concern.
I saw specialized eggs, over medium and sunny side up, however I was never offered the option to order...an omelette would have been nice. The bed was the worst part of the stay, it was too hard for my back. The see through shower would not work well if you're not alone or a couple traveling together. Parking was high at $24 per day, that was excessive.

Location and the bath is good. Well decorated. You can easily walk to the city center where there are lots of shops restaurants cafes..

Location was perfect for sightseeing. Room was well soundproofed Plenty of hot water and a modern shower room. There was a fridge which was great.
The air conditioning didn’t work, the room was small and The windows were blocked by a table. When we managed to open the windows it was as expected very noisy. The tea area was dark and small

Mondial in Cologne is not only in a perfect location with modern, comfortable rooms — it’s the amazing team that really makes the difference. From check-in to check-out, everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can truly feel that they care about their guests. A special thank you to Herr Thomas and the team for going above and beyond when I needed help. I had forgotten my passport in the safe, and they handled everything quickly, calmly, and with such kindness. This kind of service is rare — and it’s what will definitely bring me back. Highly recommend!

Central to everything Cologne has to offer. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was very clean.
Just one slight was that the mattress was too hard for us, but that is personal choice.

we have stayed at the hotel several times as it is perfect when traveling to and from the UK by the Eurostar. It is always clean and pleasant when we visit, the area is busy with lots of restaurants and cafe's to eat and have a drink at. We also visited the Ludwig Art Museum which is brilliant and the hotel faces the side of the beautiful Cologne Cathedral.
We are older travellers and do not eat a huge amount - the one price for breakfast has put us off eating there as it could not be value for money for us as we would probably share the quantity offered in one breakfast.
