Location is great! Bed is comfortable, shower is very good!! Second time staying there
They say sauna is open, but there’s construction happening there and the sauna wasn’t heating. Also, 31 EUR for breakfast is quite expensive

Staff clearing my room the day I was due to depart, I had to run around finding cleaners to get my kindle and toiletries etc back after returning from my coffee at 10am when check out is at 12

Location is absolutely fantastic. Very central and perfect for our stop on the way down to Austria. Car park was spacious with lots of empty bays.

The location is great. Very near to the train station and cathedral as well as everything else in between. The rooms are small but more than enough. There is a desk. I personally love the frosted glass that acts as a wall between the bathroom and the room. Staff was very nice and helpful and cleanliness is excepțional. Can not comment on breakfast but the food we were offered during the business trip was great.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Mondial am Dom Cologne MGallery! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Cologne, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The staff were warm, professional, and made everything feel seamless. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. One rare and much-appreciated detail: I was able to check out at 12 instead of 11, which gave me a much more relaxed departure. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Cologne!
The only small issue was that the shower door didn’t close properly, but it really didn’t take away from the overall experience.
