The hotel is ideally placed, just 3 min walking fron the train station and also from the city center. The staff is beyond kind, very helpful and reactive to any requests. The room has everything that it needs, very nice amount of amenities. The room is of a nice size, with a confortable bed and very clean.

Located in the vicinity of the railway station, a pleasant hotel, with friendly staff. I was told that I had received an upgrade to a business room but the size of the room was standard (according to the website most rooms are the same size). But there was nothing lacking - and mineral water and a coffee machine in the room were very welcome. I had a good stay.
On the expensive side on this occasion.

The male receptionists are nice and capable but the female ones are peculiar. The non-German speaking lady’s English is……and the German speaking one is arrogant. Everything else was alright but parking really took a toll on me! The location made driving in not quite easy and none told me the hotel parking was at the hotel backdoor via a CAR lift. I had to park in a public lot first and then drag my suitcases with my 5 year old up and down the pebble street of Köln. Not very fun!
Pls indicate to your guests where to find the parking before they arrive!

Every aspect of the hotel was first class. Excellent location. excellent breakfast, excellent restaurant. No noise at all in the room. Excellent shower, excellent bed. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in and I'm nearly 80!

In the very city centre in Cologne. Very clean room, though not big. Very comfortable beb.
Maybe it's because we have been in Cologne during a very busy weekend, but for that price we found the room rather small.
