Very Good
Welcoming, clean, comfortable bed, good shower, basic breakfast but nice. Close to train station. Able to ask for iron, ironing board, more towels, and pillow. Allowed to take teabags and milk from dining area.
Right on a busy road and railway line in view, but double glazing helped. No wardrobe and only 4 coat hangers, decor dated as was furniture.

Exceptional
It was so close to the city centre and so easy to get from there to any of the destinations that we went to.

Very efficient communication. We got a very spacious room for our family with a large roof top deck. It was a relaxing stay.

Very Good
The hotel was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was great. We paid more for a room in Dusseldorf that was like a closet.
What we didn't like was the noise of the road. This can't be helped but the traffic was noisy in the street-side rooms. That's really the only thing we took issue with.

I was very satisfied with the hotel’s location. The room was well-lit and spacious enough. The staff provided fresh towels and cleaned the room every day.
There is nothing to complain about.

Wonderful
Room was big, including the bed that was also comfortable: a little "cheap" feeling overall, mainly for doors and windows, but totally matching the price. We asked for a crib that was good. Breakfast was continental with almost everything, including a good coffee machine along with scramble eggs&beacon, yogurts, some croissants, breads, fruits, beverages, ... not big, but with everything. Location is perfect, just few minutes from the central station hence from the Cathedral and from there city center. Maybe at night the surroundings were not the best in the city, but we generally felt safe.
We had the room at the 5th floor, but the elevator (which was small) stopped at 4th... meaning a floor had to be done by steps. Not a big issue, even with a stroller we had, but something to consider (there are only 3 rooms at the 5th floor).
