Good location, comfortable room.
Whilst hotel is digital self checking in , I felt staff need to be more helpful on arrival. Unfortunately the lift to my third floor room was out of order during my stay and this was a minor inconvenience.

The staff made our stay for work really great. Always there to help and a big reason why we're coming back next year. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working but we managed. I do hope they fix up the gym by next year though.

Clean, good location, spacious, well equipped bright room. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The pool is good too, long enough to do some laps.
Check-in, check-out, everything is digital, which is not a bad thing, but it is digital only, which I don't like. No reception in the traditional sense, even the bar is unoccupied.

Fantastic location, everywhere I wanted to go was in walking distance,
Pool is a really nice addition and is well kept and stocked up with towels etc.,
Both the room and bed were comfortable
Checking in and checking out was fairly seamless
Shower head was not adjustable, had to be hand held at times, only a slight inconvenience
Staff were friendly but not always visible.
Church next door to the hotel had some very early bells going off, 6am, 7am etc., nothing the hotel can do about that but would advise anyone staying to bring some earplugs

Good location within easy reach of the town centre and the river. There was a good choice at breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean.
There was noise from bin and laundry lorries in the street outside every couple of days and this disturbed our sleep a bit. The check in was a bit impersonal and the information, which was gained by using a QR code on a leaflet in the room, wasn't as clear or comprehensive as it could have been.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, great location and fabulous facilities. Breakfast was excellent. We loved the swimming pool, which was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Short walk to the city centre and very close to the Rhein and Chocolate museum!
