Fantastic location, everywhere I wanted to go was in walking distance, Pool is a really nice addition and is well kept and stocked up with towels etc., Both the room and bed were comfortable Checking in and checking out was fairly seamless
Shower head was not adjustable, had to be hand held at times, only a slight inconvenience Staff were friendly but not always visible. Church next door to the hotel had some very early bells going off, 6am, 7am etc., nothing the hotel can do about that but would advise anyone staying to bring some earplugs

Good location within easy reach of the town centre and the river. There was a good choice at breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean.
There was noise from bin and laundry lorries in the street outside every couple of days and this disturbed our sleep a bit. The check in was a bit impersonal and the information, which was gained by using a QR code on a leaflet in the room, wasn't as clear or comprehensive as it could have been.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, great location and fabulous facilities. Breakfast was excellent. We loved the swimming pool, which was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Short walk to the city centre and very close to the Rhein and Chocolate museum!

Location + pool I asked if we can leave our car in the parking after check out and they gave us 2 extra hours.
Airconditioning wasn’t working, but they gave us an electric fan.

The rooms(specially the sigle room)are very small, the apartment was a decent size but the beds were small. The bathrooms were not so clean, the air filter at the entrance of the Apartments is really old and very dusty.. The apartment side doesn't have elevator.
