Wonderful
Good location within easy reach of the town centre and the river. There was a good choice at breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean.
There was noise from bin and laundry lorries in the street outside every couple of days and this disturbed our sleep a bit. The check in was a bit impersonal and the information, which was gained by using a QR code on a leaflet in the room, wasn't as clear or comprehensive as it could have been.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, great location and fabulous facilities. Breakfast was excellent. We loved the swimming pool, which was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Short walk to the city centre and very close to the Rhein and Chocolate museum!

I asked if we can leave our car in the parking after check out and they gave us 2 extra hours.
Airconditioning wasn’t working, but they gave us an electric fan.

The location, really close to the touristic sites
The rooms(specially the sigle room)are very small, the apartment was a decent size but the beds were small. The bathrooms were not so clean, the air filter at the entrance of the Apartments is really old and very dusty..
The apartment side doesn't have elevator.

Great location with easy access by car and 5min walk to the City Center. The permisses were clean and though out a very calm hotel. Also great when arriving by car is the garage located in the hotel. We were allowed to leave the vehicle parked without additional fees a few hours more after checking out.
This was our second stay within 2 months and the smell in the rooms was terrible! Must come from the cleaning products used for the bed sheets! This time the elevator went on strike and I would have expected a compensation for that or a least some help with the luggage. The self checking in system is bad and confusing! Also totally useless since you have an employee who must explain to every customer how it works! Stupid really!

It's a nice hotel in a central location, fifteen mintues walk from the Cathedral. I had a small room as I was by myself but it was nice and confortable. Pool and sauna were lovely and open to 23.00 which I really appreciated as I arrived late on a business trip.
I thought the room was really good value for money but parking & breakfast a bit expensive. It would be good to have two options for breakfast as I only normally have a cup of coffee and a small plate of what is on offer so 25 euros was above budget and I just had coffee in my room.

The hotel look very new.
Very large breakfast. Pity they have only milk 3.5% and no alternative has soja...
Wifi was very bad, all the time disconnecting.
Also the window are not very good to absorbe the noise from outside.

Location
Suite room was well equipped, although getting hold of refreshed coffee and dishwasher tablets was a pain, they should have provided enough for length of stay from the outset.
Stairs, to access our room we had to climb 4 flights of steps, there is no lift in the annex and no offer of assistance by staff with luggage.
Bar area is soulless, so no where to really relax other than your own room.
