Staff very friendly and professional. Great breakfast. Very clean hotel. Single room is small but space well used.
Pillows against wall as no headboard and when you leant back on them the bed slid down the room creating a gap for the pillows to fall through. Bad draught and no soundproofing through window. No decaff coffee available.

Comfort cleanliness and location.

This hotel is almost always my choice when i'm in Koln.
Regarding my stay at the hotel, was really good. My room very clean and quiet. Staff is nice as well. I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast yet, maybe in another ocasion.
I do recommend the hotel due to location, staff, clean and tidy rooms. Shower is also great.
Really nice place to stay
This last time was a bit confusing, cos i sent a message asking for an early check-in , but it wasn't replied. So, i could not plan my trip to Koln properly and arrive early, cos i didn't know if the apartment would be available or not.
When i arrived at the hotel, was also difficult to find my reservation, but after some minutes they could find it. Wi-Fi signal is not that good.

The staff were extremely helpful. They even lent us a couple of UK adaptor plugs as we’d forgotten to bring our own.
The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk up and down the Rhine to the Chocolate museum and harbour Christmas Market which is very close by and just a little further in the opposite directions the Cathedral and it’s Christmas Market.
I know it’s Germany but I did struggle without a kettle in the room to make myself cups of tea.

Great location close to the old town, walking distance.
They offer parking at a reasonable rate
The room was clean and spacious
The pool temperature was on the colder side
The sauna is only available as a paid service
No real view from the window, only offices on the other side (so curtains needed to be kept closed)
