Decent rooms size and had everything we needed for our one night stay.
We had an issue whit rumbling noise from the hotel air conditioning system outside next to our window, but the reception was kind enough to close it and that lowered the sound so we could sleep in the end.

Have great facilities for medium sized hotel. Staff were really friendly. The location was fantastic: everything was walking distance including the river side. It has a parking on site.

Peaceful, near by Cologne river and clean.
The shower design , actually the floor shower is a bit sharp when you take a shower . You will smell the feather pillow, which is really uncomfortable.

Very clean and comfy beds and pillows. Good location. Coffee machine inclusion was a nice touch.
Very disappointing that both of our rooms (we booked 2 rooms) showers were cold every time. Not what you want from a hotel experience.

A comfortable hotel with a super breakfast in a convenient location near the waterfront. We had a one night stopover at the start of our holiday. We chose this hotel because we have stayed here before and liked it
Not keen on the new check in procedure and room key by app. Couldn't work out how to share the key with my partner.

We ve got a good studio apartment for the four of us, very clean, with all needed essentials.
Breakfast was good. The receptionist lady was attentive and kind. Pool was a nice add on for entertaining the kids. Historical center at walkable distance.
A bit of hassle with the parking, as I’ve had to leave the car and go to reception after ringing the bell numerous times. Some lag of response to requests after booking, as I’ve mostly received automated messages, but everything was in place at the end.

Rooms weren’t cleaned or trash emptied once during 4 night stay!
Some reception staff v helpful but other male staff v grumpy !
No safety guard for bedroom windows .
Rooms warm and stuffy at night even though AC seemed to be on .
