Very Good
Nice, clean and central hotel with large, comfortable family room / apartment.
Breakfast options limited for the relatively high price. Swimming pool a little cold. Bar area not very exciting.

This is a decent hotel at an excellent location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We liked the coffee maker. A great asset is their checkout time: 12 o'clock.
The price was relatively high for what is offered. Also we were very disappointed that we could not leave the car until 5 in their parking on the last day. They claimed other guests would need the place, but the parking was quite empty when we left it at 1:30. The swimming pool was also rather cold.

Nice staff, good location, nice breakfast buffet
Swimming pool was really cold. There was no way to check the temperature.I indicated this on our first day. According to staff pool was 23degr. Anyway more standard would be 28degr. Especially for kids it was way too cold.
Rooms were too warm ( we had window open all time), so energy use could be optimised between pool and rooms

The balcony is really good, it's big and view is great. The location of the hotel is very near to the museum of chocolates.And the transportation is really convenient.We also like that we can cook by ourselves.
The property doesn't have an elevator.
The bed is too soft.

Why offer a pool if its not heated? At least offer the sauna (for free) so you could warm up after you use the pool?

Great hotel in the city. Easy to find and accessible. The underground parking was a massive plus for someone travelling on a motorcycle. Within walking distance of the promenade and lots of great spots.

A beautiful hotel with everything you need catered for! Our room was incredibly peaceful and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We found the huge viewing window between the bathroom and bedroom quite funny but for those who are worried about privacy, there are curtains which isn't that obvious from the photos! :) The pool facilities are free to use and a brilliant addition too. Particularly liked the added bonus of exchanging daily housekeeping for a free drink at the bar! The staff were fantastic and spoke fluent English, making our check in and out so much easier for us as language-inept brits!
