Pleasant
Location Suite room was well equipped, although getting hold of refreshed coffee and dishwasher tablets was a pain, they should have provided enough for length of stay from the outset.
Stairs, to access our room we had to climb 4 flights of steps, there is no lift in the annex and no offer of assistance by staff with luggage. Bar area is soulless, so no where to really relax other than your own room.

Absolutely loved this hotel, incredible value for such a high end feel, our room was stylish and super comfortable and the staff were excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.

Offering "a warm digital welcome" is an oxymoron. I want to be greeted by a person not a machine. Hotels need to offer personal services or we'll all end up at Airbnb.

Easy to walk to the Christmas markets
There was a huge water stain in the rug, like someone just dropped the bucket full of water which made the room having that really strong water smell

It is extremely clean. Well maintained and the front desk is wonderful. Location is perfect, not too close to the night bars but only a 15 minute walk to the Köln Dom
