The room was spacious and very clean. Location is quite good if you got a business in east Cologne.
It was noisy: from the street, from the airplanes landing at the airport nearby, from the maids who started their work at 8:30 and woke me up. There was no warm water in the room in the morning. When I came to the reception, the employee just said casually "Yeah, I know, it is getting repaired at the moment". No "I am very sorry", nothing. And the warm water wasn't there at the time I needed to check out.

The cleaning ladies was wonderful
The room was on the 1st floor however we had to climb 3 floors up. The room most and even 24/7 opened window didint helped.

The property refused to let our driver stay because they demanded cash only, even though their Booking.com listing clearly states that card payments are accepted. As a result, he was left without accommodation. Despite denying the stay, they still charged us afterward. This is completely unacceptable, misleading, and highly unprofessional. Avoid this place.
