The location was ok as I was coming only for one night for a concert located 30 min walk from the hotel. The room itself was rather big and kind of quiet, if not for the shower of the room across at 6am.
Where to start... 1- Hotel rule: paying the room in cash only up to 150 euros. Who does that in 2024? 2- Languages spoken: English, but with Google Translate. 3- Elevator: not up to my room, located on the 3rd floor, only stairs to reach room 405. 4- The curtains don't cover the half of the window, therefore morning light it is. 5- And last but not least: no electricity in my room! The only source of light was a single bulb in the bathroom, hanging from the ceiling, the other one was not working, and that's it. The rest of the room had no electricity at all: no light anywhere, no power outlet, no heating system either. I reported it to the reception, the guys tried to help but only to say "sorry, repair tomorrow". When mentioned to the reception in the morning when I checked out, the lady was apparently not even aware there was an issue in this room. When I asked how to get a refund, I was told to send an email to the manager. I just sent it, let's see.

The hotel is close to the centre. We reached the city centre in a short time by car, but we did not experience public transport. There is a market right behind the hotel. We found cafes for breakfast in the neighbourhood. The night staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I can call it a price performance hotel.

The entrance of the hotel is extremely old and outdated. They first placed us in a room on the ground floor where after 10 min inside the bathroom heater literally fell from the wall, hitting my boyfriend. When we called the receptionist he laughed at us and asked if we placed something on top of the heater (which we didn't). After being accommodated in a different room, we found out on the last night that one of the beds had bedbugs on it, and our friend was completely beaten by them. We tried to contact reception about this matter during check-out, but there was no one there. Tried calling and emailing, also no answer. I cannot emphasize enough: do NOT stay here!
