A huge thank you to Talal for the incredibly warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. You truly made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your kindness, generosity, and attention to every little detail made the whole experience even more special. We genuinely appreciate everything you did and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Talal! ❤️

Katja (solo traveller)

Guest Score 6 out of 10
Pleasant
Clean. Helpful and friendly staff.
Rather dated interior.
Too expensive for what is offered.
Only cash payment under 200 EUR value. Plus, while it should not be applied at all, at least this limit should be communicated much more prominently.

Very Poor
Nothing to be fair, just that I had a place to stay overnight
Spider webs almost everywhere, the curtain stand fell down in the middle of the night and woke us up, the rooms were dirty, table leg was Broken, the hotel looked like a prison, lamps was dirty , bedsheets were dirty and bit smelly, rugs were dirty too .

Cleanliness
Customer service, staff were very rude. This hotel accepts only cash and needs to be payed upon arrival which is no where mentioned during booking. When asked for an extra pillow they said they don’t even have and had very strict rules that main door will not be accessible after 12am and were very impolite with their communication

I really liked sunny room, comfortable bed a desk in the room. There is a big mirror, so it is convient. It is very clean and close to the tram stop
The courtains were broken, breakfast expensive and when I asked for a spoon to my room, they did not want to give it to me.
