Easy to find. Easy to park. Lovely welcome and local advice. Restaurant great quality food. Room perfect and quiet (on back). Easy walk to S-Bahn. Huge shopping complex opposite if that's your thing. Just perfect. Breakfast typical german buffet. Great value.

As koln is city where thousands of international travellers visit for messe exhibitions they should have atleast menu card with English explanation , mobile plug charger is fitted at odd position in room. Heating was not working in end march

Property was nice, room was good, bathroom & toilet was little to small but functional.
We arrived at the property at 3:15, only to find the main door leading to the reception closed. After calling the provided phone number, the receptionist informed us that they were on an unannounced break and asked us to return in an hour and a half. Since it was a rainy day, we had no choice but to wait at a nearby shopping mall, completely soaked.

Parking was easy. Easily accessible from the nearby Autobahn. Facilities were mostly good. Good budget option.
I found the bed a little hard. Bathroom door physically is incapably of closing due to being installed incorrectly (as a solo traveller this didn’t really affect me). Location is quite far from the city centre.

A hotel close to a main road but surprisingly quiet, a bit of a distance to the centre but very well connected by tram or local train. Tasteful interior and clean. Friendly staff. (I did not have breakfast so cannot comment).
A bit of a minus point for the shower in the single room - narrow and a high step.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and great service. The staff was friendly and always eager to help with any request. Our room was clean and spacious. Good WiFi connection was a plus. The location was ideal for us, nestled in a charming part of Cologne. The breakfast buffet was a good, offering sufficient variety and options to start our day. We appreciated the care they show for their guests, providing local tips, or ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible, they went above and beyond in every aspect. Highly recommended, definitely exceeded our expectations!

The room was clean and the bed was cozy, it looked similar to photos on hotel page. It was nice to find that the window was opened so I had a fresh air inside when I arrived. Bathroom was also clean, so my thanks to stuff which is cleaning the rooms. I also noticed a few nice paintings on the hallway/room walls, which makes atmosphere more comfortable.
Unfortunately at time of my stay it was stairs repair and it wasn't very comfortable to walk up/down while someone is working there. But it is really nice to see that hotel is renovating and some improvements made. But what surprised me that they had hotel reception closed from 3pm to 4pm and no warning on site/hotel door or on messages (originally I had to come at evening but I changed my ticket and wasn't expecting any issues to get inside during the day). So it was very strange that I had to wait outside on the sun after carrying a bag without any option to sit outside. I called the property and the receptionist said I had to wait 20 mins, that she will come and open the door. But it appears she was inside and just probably had s break/etc. I would really appreciate if she just opened the door and let me inside so I don't stand on the hot sun with headache. I would calmly wait for the opening hours and no problem with that. But I wasn't even offered that and it really makes me feel unwelcome in the hotel, as they don't bother of comfort of their guests (I wasn't alone on my waiting and another person also had to call few times until someone eventually will come to us. The doors to restaurant was also closed and a few potential customers just waited 5-10-15 mins and go away saying that wouldn't wait any longer). I believe any notice for customers about working schedule would save them customers and leave more pleasant emotions after visiting them.
