Disappointing
Nothing. I would recommend to book a different hotel.
Complicated on where to park the car. After a 12 hour drive. I used this hotel as a quick stop over. The check in took forever. No one else was there. Slow systems. Slow server. (Perhaps the owner) very out dated. No customer service skills. No English.

Wonderful
We had a great stay : good location (train station for direct connection to Kln at 10 min walking distance), very nice and helpful staff, free parking, quiet and spacious room and excellent breakfast buffet. We'll be back !

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Furnishings and ambience are a bit outdated, but everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the price-performance ratio was excellent.

Good room, had all I needed. A good bathroom and a small fridge were available.
The communication when I was making the check-in wasn't good because the staff didn't speak English. However, I have a bit of German understanding, so we managed to communicate. The staff was also trying to communicate using translator, so it was worth the effort!

A basic hotel. Can use some modernisation works but at least it is clean and the personnel does its best. I would come here again.
Can be noisy here and there. The noise from the hallway can be an issue especially if you are close to the door which splits the floor. That door is very noisy regardless how slow you close it.

The hotel is very clean, a part of the room is renew, it is a quiet hotel and the rooms is silently , have a nice garden and free parking.
We dont like the coffee, is more like a tea.
