The staff at the reception is nice and at the breakfast, they were very friendly and attentive.
The hotel is ok, just a bit old fashioned, but the value...If I judge it by quality/price ratio, it is perhaps, the worst place that I've been for that amount of money.

Staff was very friendly. There was parking, but larger vehicles would not have fit. Location wasn't far from downtown.

Great location that's close to tram and U-bahn, good breakfast with hot and cold options.
Parking garage is very narrow. Pillows on beds were very thin and don't fit into pillow cases the right way.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Cologne, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. We were just a short walk from the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom), vibrant shopping streets, and fantastic local restaurants. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel was peaceful, ensuring a relaxing stay.

Not comfortable beds, too small room, breakfast was diverse but not delicious. However, location is great, hotel is neat and it is a good place for business trip, as long as you don’t have to stay in hotel a lot

Nice room. Hotel well decorated and very clean. Friendly / helpful staff.
No tea or coffee make facilities in the room. Also, the room was very hot and no aircon to cool it down. Was a bit noisy in our room on the Hohenzollernring side of the hotel (maybe down to Christmas Market). Thought breakfast was a bit overpriced based on the quality and selection of food.

Good location - about 20min walk from the Dom. My room was comfortable and it seems that in a section of the hotel that has been recently remodeled.
I believe it's beyond this hotel particularly, but in general prices are very high for accommodation in this city.
