Room was good, clean and nice. Beds were good. Bathroom very clean and personal very kind and friendly. Willing ot help even late in the evening with the same smile.
Only room was situated at the road side of the hotel. Lot of ambulances and a club was at the other side of the street, which made a lot of noise during the night.

Great location for Europa Park, only a 10-15min walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Small shop just opposite Europa for convenience food such as sandwiches, milk, bread etc. Very clean and tidy with everything you need, cutlery, plates, coffee maker, kettle, iron. About 20-25mins walk to supermarket Very safe area and scenic. Enough space for around 4 people and 2 children with fold out couch. Nice hot shower with everything you need such as towels and toilet rolls quiet area

Great location that's close to tram and U-bahn, good breakfast with hot and cold options.
Parking garage is very narrow. Pillows on beds were very thin and don't fit into pillow cases the right way.

Pleasant
The location was good for bars, shops, supermarket and parkrun. About 30 minutes walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly.
The pillows and bed weren't great. The shower was very small. The room smelt a bit damp.

Very clean room, friendly reception, decent location close to restaurants and bars and reasonably close to the center of the city.
Bed was not the most comfortable.
