We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It exceeded our expectations for a 3 star hotel. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good location. The breakfast was good. Initially we were disappointed with the room, a double business room, which was overlooking the main street, very noisy and cold, the heating was not working. They offered us a room change and the new room was perfect - warm, quiet, clean and cozy. But if they hadn't changed our room, we would have been disappointed for sure.
The rooms overlooking the main street are very noisy, the windows are not soundproof. But we were lucky enough to be moved to another room.

The room was fairly comfortable although the shape and layout of the room were a bit weird.
I specifically chose booking.com filter of "upper floors accessible by lifts" so that we do not have to carry our big luggage up the STAIRS. But we was given a room where we need to go through more than 20 steps before reaching the lift. We were very disappointed as the hotel room was not cheap at all. We feel that the hotel should not have been listed when I chose the filter of "upper floors accessible by lifts" as the hotel had long staircases. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The staff at the reception is nice and at the breakfast, they were very friendly and attentive.
The hotel is ok, just a bit old fashioned, but the value...If I judge it by quality/price ratio, it is perhaps, the worst place that I've been for that amount of money.

Staff was very friendly. There was parking, but larger vehicles would not have fit. Location wasn't far from downtown.
